"Couldn’t fault the property. It was an ideal location (5mins away from train station and tram stop to go to the airport), incredibly clean and tidy and had air-con which was very needed as it was 30+ degrees when we stayed! The room had a fridge with bottles of water in, and the bathroom had shampoo, soap, a comb, a toothbrush and toothpaste. There was a drying rack on the balcony which we used for swimming costumes. The room also had towels for us to use plus a separate beach towel which was so handy! Everything worked great, the bed was really comfy, and the host was amazing. He met us when we arrived and showed us around the room, was incredibly friendly and always on-hand on WhatsApp if we needed anything. Couldn’t recommend enough if you’re coming to Nice 😁"

"We had a great experience. The owner is very kind and helpful, and he speaks italian and english. The room is modern and very clean, and it is well equipped with all the supplies. The position is perfect, just a few steps from the main city attractions in a nice neighbourhood."

"The room in this flat was perfect for our holiday. As well as being in a great location, close to the beach, markets, it was close to the main station that takes you to other towns, beaches and Monaco for a cheap price. Very quiet at night. The room was very clean, organised, had coffee, a fridge, air conditioning and all the bathroom and shower utensils available. The best thing is the host Mr Trung. As well as being very friendly, he gave us all the comfort and privacy we needed. He offered us beer and let me wash some clothes. I'd always go back!"

"Mr Trung is very welcoming. The room is well taken care off. It is a bit small, but for a single traveler it fits fine - even for a tall person like me. The place is on a very good and quiet location on walking distance from beach, bars, restaurants and shops."
